Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

This Services Agreement constitutes a binding contractual obligation between the user ("Client", "You") and our platform operators. These terms govern your total structural access to web hosting environments, cloud networks, managed storage allocations, database engines, and custom network architecture engineering solutions.

2. Account Security & Administration

To securely request provisioning or maintenance upgrades, users must maintain verification parameters cleanly:

• You assume ultimate responsibility for administrative credentials, system configurations, root access keys, and API tokens used inside your control panel panels.
• Any detected baseline breach of your credentials must be reported directly to network emergency response structures immediately to prevent unauthorized cluster allocations.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our server resources, computing arrays, and high-capacity pipelines must be deployed exclusively for lawful computational applications. Explicitly prohibited runtime operations include:

• Execution of automated network disruption systems (DDoS testing arrays, script injection daemons, unthrottled scraping routines).
• Hosting or transferring materials that infringe upon active global intellectual properties, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Using the computing cluster to distribute unauthorized bulk communication metrics (Spam systems, open mailer misconfigurations, or mail relay networks).

4. Billing, Renewals, & Cryptographic Invoicing

Provisioned cloud resources and support plans operate within regular, recurring parameters:

• Invoicing Cycle: Subscription models renew automatically on their specified monthly or annual benchmarks until formal notice of termination is filed.
• Grace Periods: Overdue invoices trigger immediate automated suspension of computational layers 5 days past due threshold parameters. Storage environments are permanently purged after 14 days of unresolved suspension status.

5. Technical Support Hours & SLA Boundaries

To maintain sustainable standard operating procedures, support tiers follow distinct runtime boundaries:

Standard Support Window: Core technical agents address routine administrative configurations and incoming client requests from 09:00 to 18:00 local time.

Off-Hour Scheduled Tasks: If you must execute operational adjustments, migrations, or server upgrades at night (e.g., during low-traffic windows), you must explicitly agree on the timeframe with a support agent in advance. Standard emergencies are handled by our 24x7 infrastructure monitoring matrix.

6. Backups & Data Integrity Responsibility

While automated schedules capture point-in-time recovery nodes under various tiers (Daily, Weekly, or Hourly metrics depending on your plan tier), the client retains ultimate liability for structural replication redundancy. We highly advise keeping isolated, external configuration archives for continuous operational recovery plans.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or scale down operational computing contexts instantly, without prior administrative warning, if an account breaches our Acceptable Use standards or generates active platform infrastructure stability risk profiles.
