TalentBridge was founded in 2016 by Ngozi Ekwueme, a seasoned HR professional who saw a gap in Nigeria's recruitment landscape. Having worked across banking, oil & gas, and technology sectors, she recognized that businesses were struggling to find quality talent efficiently — and candidates were struggling to connect with the right opportunities.
What started as a one-person consultancy in Lagos has grown into one of Nigeria's most trusted recruitment agencies. Today, we have offices in Lagos and Abuja, a team of 35 recruitment specialists, and a network spanning every major industry in Nigeria.
